Our legislatures and government on every level prioritizes short term economic growth or nepotism/favoritism instead of focusing on policies and growth for our future. A key example is our crumbling infrastructure which they say we have limited funds for, yet we give tax exemptions and abatement for data centers and other large companies while the younger generations are stuck footing the bill.
